ULL Property Response: COVID -19
Following the rapid developments with COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are getting in touch with our industry colleagues to announce the steps we are taking to ensure our service remains unaffected.
ULL Property, like many other businesses around the country, is making changes to how we conduct our operations following the Government’s latest guidance on social contact for everyone in the UK.
Our number one priority must remain the health of our people, those we work with in our industry, and to the wider community in which we live and work. So, in line with Government guidance, we have implemented some changes in the way we operate which we want you to share with you.
Until further notice:
All ULL personnel will work from home.
Non-essential meetings are being halted.
Video and conference call facilities will be encouraged in place of face-to-face meetings.
ULL have always been flexible in how we operate and we are set up to work remotely from our office without interruption to our service.
We expect to continue to work normally and effectively within the parameters of Government advice.
Many of you will be implementing similar measures and we are sure you will understand and support the changes we have found necessary to make. We will continue to evaluate our operations as advice from Government and other relevant bodies develop, and inform you of any other appropriate changes we make to our operations.
Though these are unprecedented times for businesses and individuals in the UK, ULL is resolute in our ability to provide the service and expertise our clients require.
