Building on Project Management Makes Sense for ULL and Clients

These are exciting times at ULL Property, as our business takes a further step forward in the development of our Project Management services. This has been a logical progression not only for our business but also for our customers. Until now we have traditionally seen the customer experience through to planning permission before catching up with them once again at the point of selling completed homes.

 

Our Project Management service now means we can stay involved during the construction phase and allows us to provide a seamless delivery through the development life cycle.

 

We have been busy elsewhere too.

 

We have just launched our new website – we hope you like it – and some of you may already have seen our excellent new print brochure which came off the press recently, allowing us to showcase our work and services, beautifully.

 

Our new website means we can engage with our clients and partners better than ever.  I hope that through our Insights page my regular contributions will help create conversation, and provide a meaningful and interesting view on the issues in our industry.

 

Finally, we have relatively recently moved into our Thomas House office in Victoria, where I look forward to greeting many of you in the near future.
