Isabella Rossi Joins ULL Property

 

We're delighted to welcome our new director, Isabella Rossi, to ULL Property.

 

Isabella will be leading ULL's affordable housing consultancy team and her appointment further strengthens our presence in this specialist sector.

 

Isabella brings with her a significant record in successfully leading complex viability negotiations on strategic residential and mixed-use developments, together with extensive experience in senior level local government and private sector roles.

Her appointment continues ULL's investment across our consultancy services and further extends our reputation for providing first class advice.

Isabella joins us from CBRE where latterly she has been delivering on major mixed-use developments including Brentford Community Stadium for EcoWorld and Brentford FC, and at Brent Cross Shopping Centre redevelopment for London Borough of Barnet.
