This role required us to act as project manager in the pre-construction phase on this comprehensively remodelled grade A building.

 

This complex project operated under constraints of limited budget and strict completion dates.

 

We successfully managed and delivered the project with delicate control of budgets, and tight contractor management, while also balancing critical timelines.
