Battersea Exchange is part of the high-profile Nine Elms regeneration site close to the iconic Battersea Power Station.

 

The developer, Taylor Wimpey, was required to provide an element of affordable housing in this significant mixed-use site while still ensuring the integrity of the developments’ financial viability.

 

ULL acted as viability consultant and selling agent advising on affordable housing requirements and identifying prospective buyers.

 

On  our advice, Paragon Housing was selected to acquire 60 new apartments for shared ownership and rent.
